Fantastic Contraption!

Samsung BlackJack 2

The blackjack 2 is a smartphone for at&t. The bj2 is sleek and slim. With nice a 2.4 inch screen, and a full qwerty keyboard, this phone is everything you need. Although it doesnt have wi-fi you can still surf the web on the built in browser on the 3G highspeed net-work. The bj2 doesn't have the best games but if you do some searching online you can find some fun games to pass the time. Or you can take pictures with the 2.0 mega pixal. The battery life is decent. The wm 6 is a quiet difficult to navigate to some programs. For example, to make a new text message, you need to do seven steps. Kind of long if you ask me. The bj2 has a nice speakerphone and you can hear the person you very clearly. The bj2 is nice and shiny with a thin chrome rim around it. I would recommend this to anyone that want a nice looking phone for cheap!

New phone from AT&T: the QuickFire

he quickfire is a new texting phone from at&t. The phones comes equipped with a full qwerty keyboard for quick messages. It also has a vibrant touchscreen. Although the touch screen is rated 4 out of 10, you will often find yourself double and even triple tapping to get a program to work. The touch screen isn't very responsive, but it looks great. it look excellent. The quickfire looks very bulky but in reality it isn't very think. It is like something like the Motorola krazor or a regular flip phone in thickness. The thing i believe that makes it look so bulky is the size of it. It has a very good sized screen. The large screen makes it look bulky. The quickfire is kinda on the heavy side. the quickfire like like holding two Motorola Razors. The full qwerty keyboard is very nice. the keys are decently spaced out. after playing with the quickfire for about 2 hours i found i could text quite quickly and efficiently. the quickfire has easy navigation buttons on the bottom of the screen and the menu it set up nicely for even easier navigation. the phone also comes with a quick navigation button for switching though apps with out exciting them. the camera a decent. the quickfire has a l.3 mega pixel camera. The camera program has many effects you can put on it for a nice picture. although the camera isn't the best it is good enough to capture the precious moment. All-in-all i give the phone a 7 out of 10. but the touch screen a 4 out of 10, maybe the quickfire will come out with a software update to fix the touch screen problem.

A new keyboard

This keyboard is called the Gippity. The backwards keyboard is a unique, confusing contraption. You can us eight fingers to press the buttons on the back. This keyboard has a joystick for the mouse and two triggers that act as the mouse buttons, and has a few quick keys. With the eight fingers all moving typing could be much faster. I am not sure how many of you will buy the toy, but it looks fun and would be cool to have laying around.

Gimp

So you dont wanna pay 400 dollars on that hard to use photoshop program? then why not get gimp. gimp is a slimed down photoshop, it does not have all the tools that photoshop supplies but you can edit you pictures enough to make you look weird or make someone else look weird. you can go here>gimp <>Potableapps< , you will need to download one and add gimp.I would recommend that u go to youtube and type in gimp how to, or something and learn what it has to offer.

T-Mobile Dash Hands on

The t-mobile dash is sleek and slender. Equipped with a full QWERTY keyboard. The phone is almost perfect for the hand. It is slightly on the heavy side but feels good. The system has bluetooth, and wifi. The screen resolution is very nice and sharp and a pretty good size. The touch pad on the right is touchy but you can change the settings. The QWERTY keyboard is super nice. It is tight but there is not to much thumb cramming. The spaced out rows keep from hitting the keys on the top and bottom. The windows mobile is very tricky to navigate around. Web browser was simple and easy, but the wifi is a little shaky. It sometimes disconnects. The camera is 1.3 mp, very high detail when up close. I would recommend this to ages 15-50+. 3.8 out of 5.

Lg Vu Hands On

The Lg Vu is a decent touchscreen phone. Sleek design and smooth. the feeling of it is light, it almost feels like McDonald made it. It feels kinda cheap, because it is so light. The touch screen is ok, the screen has a little give to it. T he touch screen is not nearly as responsive as the iPhone but is decent. When i first used the phone i was amazed at it amazing 3g Media Net. The browser is very good along with the aim and email mobile clients. The mp3 is another good feature. After about a day of fun, i found myself wondering with i didn't get the Palm Centro. The phone seemed to get boring. I looked at all the features and i just got board. The camera is what keeped me amused. It has a 2.0 mega pixel auto focus camera the take high, up close quality pictures, very nice. The phones menu was hard to navigate and somewhat hard to find my music and pictures. I would recommend this to the ages 14-30. I give it 3 out of 5. or 5 out of 10.

The Blitz cellphone hands on

The blitz phone is a interesting phone. It is a little heavy and kind of cramped. But the sleek design and smooth casing makes up for it. The screen is great but some icons looked pixelated. The slide out QWERTY keyboard is what caught my eye. The beautiful slightly curved keyboard looks really nice. the buttons are a little tacky, but is great. The buttons themselves are very close and it is hard to move your thumb to the top middle letters with the slight curve on the phone. The phone has a 1.3 mega pixel camera, that takes decent photos. The mobile browser is good. but very difficult to navigate around a page. it took me just about 5 minutes to figure out how to type in a URL. The speed was fast with 3 bars. I would recommend this phone to people from the ages 10-30.
